About RotorJobs

Born in the Pacific, built by aviation professionals

RotorJobs started in Nouméa, New Caledonia, from a simple observation: the people who fly, maintain and operate helicopters and drones share the same culture of precision and technical demand, yet no platform speaks their language. Pilots, remote pilots, aircraft technicians, structures mechanics, technical crew, ground operations and safety managers all belong to the same industry — and all deserve better than a generic job board.

Matching on what actually counts

RotorFit™, our aviation matching engine, compares what the industry really works with: licences and the authority that issued them — EASA, FAA, CASA, TCCA, UK CAA, CAAC, DGCA, ANAC — type ratings, hours on type, and mission experience such as HEMS, search and rescue, offshore, aerial firefighting, longline or survey. Operational environment and location complete the picture. Not keywords in a CV.

One platform, two sides, worldwide

Operators publish a position with the requirements that matter, mandatory criteria kept separate from desirable ones, and see the profiles that genuinely meet them. Professionals keep one structured profile and are alerted when a mission fits. From a single-aircraft operator in the Pacific to a multinational fleet, the same rules apply.
